I believe that this was the first thing I ever had published. It was in Paintworks Magazine somewhere around 1999. It was a watch necklace and earring set.
This rocking chair was my very first "cover" project. It was featured in (now defunct) Tole World Magazine.
Decorative Artist's Workbook was one of my favorite magazines, and I was blessed to publish many projects there, including this candlesticks and tray project:
This bathroom curtain and trashcan set, which featured Paintability stamps - a product created by Tracia Williams and me, back in 2000.
I've always loved this project - a dog bowl and mat. They photographed this at the same time they were doing a book on dog projects, so they had a dog in the studio to pose with my designs!
This rocking horse project has a special place in my heart because it is an exact copy of a rocking horse my grandfather made for me.
This two tier plate (two plates and a candlestick) project was published in Woodstrokes magazine.
This table was painted as part of a feature in Romantic Homes magazine. I painted it on the outside patio at one of the Editor's homes. It was quite an experience. I painted about a dozen projects in a day for them! Crazy, but fun!
This was a painted scrapbook page project I did for Tole World magazine.
Another magazine I did a lot of work for was Quick and Easy Painting. This ART letter project is a favorite.
Love these simple painted glasses for QEP Magazine.
This is a leopard design I did for Quick and Easy Painting.
And another for Country Marketplace magazine. The popularity of leopard still shines brightly, doesn't it?
This screen was created for Decorative Artist's Workbook.
This frame was for Create & Decorate Magazine.
I have done a lot of tassel projects over the years. This is a favorite, also for Country Marketplace magazine.
I've done many holiday projects over the years, but this design for Country Marketplace is one of my favorites. Love this big bowl!
In addition to publishing books, and in magazines, I was also blessed to do a lot of TV appearances over the years. Here is a trip down memory lane. Do you remember Christopher Lowell? This is me on the set with him, rehearsing before a live show. That was an exciting day!
Here I am with Sandi Genovese, the amazing host of DIY Scrapbooking. I made many appearances on that show - rather amazing as I'm not really a scrapbooker, but they challenged me to take my skills and adapt them for their show, and I'm proud of the work I did with them.
