Here are a few of my favorites . . . I have picked them up on Etsy, eBay, thrift stores, local tag sales, and antique stores.
Kodak Tourist Camera, 1948
This is my favorite "style" of camera - it looks so foreign compared to modern cameras.
Vintage Argus Camera with original Rohlik leather case, 1940's
1938 Argus A camera
1957 Brownie Bullet
This little camera (which currently resides in my living room) is a traditional Brownie. I have many Brownies, but I love these little box cameras!
1950's Sears & Roebuck Tower camera, with flash
I love this 1940 Kodak Brownie Special six-16
1949 Kodak Duaflex II
1939 Agfa PB-20 Readyset
Imperial Reflex Duo Lens, 1950's
Beacon II - approx 1950
1961 Brownie Super 37 camera, this is the first camera in my "vintage" collection that I remember being used in my childhood. On the left (in the photo), is a door that opens for a flash bulb.
1946 Brownie Target six-20
I love being able to incorporate these cameras into my design . . . in fact, I have them in nearly every room of the house!
What do you collect?
